Yes, it is definetly okay to get a Vampire facial after Juvederm injections, even the same day if you want too.  The vampire facial treatment will not dissolve your dermal fillers.

Think of it this way, you've added some volume to the deeper tissue.  Now, you'll be saturating the skin with PRP which will seep down through the depth of the skin and add addtionally support and stimulation of your stem cells.  This will encourage the growth of new cells to build in a better blood supply, elastin, collagen, cell matrix, hyaluronic acid and fat..  By doing so, you will restore softeness, a rosey glow and improved texture to your skin.In the future, consider PRP injections to your face as well.  This will augment the process and can strategically target problem areas.In good health,Ellen Mahony, MD

It is definitely okay to get a VF 1 week after injectables.  You may need more than one treatment to have the skin improvement that you are looking for.  Sometimes depending on the skin quality you may want to combine it with laser or RF tightening!

Yes, this timeline is fine. Keep in mind, you may have swelling for 1-2 weeks after Juvederm. I find that a vampire facial is great for rejuvenation but needs to be combined with lasers, fillers, or skin tightening to get the ultimate outcomes. Yes, it is fine to do both PRP and facial fillers either at the same time or at any point afterwards(assuming you're doing well at that time).  We often combine PRP and fillers at the same visit and the results have been outstanding.

By now you should be enjoying the results of the Juvederm as it settles in.  The Vampire Facial does a really beautiful job on the surface of the skin to give it a smooth, glossy look and feel.  We often perform both the Vampire Facial+Dermal Filler at the same time in what's referred to as the Vampire Facelift so yes they are safe to do together or in your case a week apart.  Hopefully it's the same doctor that did the dermal filler but if it's not then just let him know you had the filler done a week ago.  If it were me, I would do the micro-needling with the PRP and avoid injecting the sites that were recently treated with Juvederm, especially if you already had a satisfactory correction from the Juvederm.  I would be absolutely OK to inject PRP into areas that did not receive the Juvederm.  No hard rules on this, I tend to be a little more conservative so take my advice with that in mind.  Hope this helps.
