I want to get rid of the extra fat around my upper and lower abdomen and my thighs. What is better: Cryoslim or CoolSculpting?

If you have small problem areas you can use non invasive methods like Coolsculpting with Vanquish or trusculpt iD to get small areas of fat reduced. Skin also tightens if you combine this with Exilis Ultra, Venus Legacy, and Inmode Forma/Contoura radiofrequency treatments. You boost the results from Coolsculpting if you add in Kybella injections to melt fat as well. We often combine Coolsculpting with shock therapy like ZWave, EVIVE, and Cellutone to get even faster results, more improvement, and less risk of combinations like nodules, swelling, neuropathy or paradoxical hyperplasia. This procedure delivers targeted cooling to the areas of stubborn fat you want to be treated, freezing and crystallizing cells so the body can eliminate them naturally. Most patients reduce fat by about 25 percent with a single treatment and can schedule a second session if they want more dramatic results. I have not heard of Cryoslim and believe it must be manufactured outside of the United States.  I am not certain if it is FDA-approved for use in the U.S.  CoolSculpting has been around for years and is the original device for cryolipolysis and is FDA-approved.  I would recommend CoolSculpting over Cryoslim.  

We use CoolSculpting in our office and that is the treatment that we believe in!  You can have CoolSculpting to these areas that you are talking about.  It is a non-invasive fat reduction procedure.  It is used to treat stubborn pockets of fat that are not reduced with diet and exercise.  With each treatment you will get a 20-25% reduction of fat in the treated area.  You should visit a provider close to you for a consult to see what treatment is recommended to meet your goals.

Thank you for your questions about CoolSculpting.  CryoSlim looks like a cheap, Chinese knock off that doesn't have FDA approval.  Anything offering instant results will just be temporary results.  If a procedure can be by done twice a week for several weeks, it's probably not doing much.  You may have a better option.
Both SculpSure and CoolSculpting are FDA Approved for permanent fat reduction.  While the results should be somewhat similar, the method of action and post care is completely different.  SculpSure has a Sapphire cooling tip keeping the skin and nerves cool while the 1060 nm laser heats the fat cells for 25 minutes.    While the cooling is constant, the heating period oscillates to keep the fat at the correct temperature.  Patients report only minor discomfort during the heating periods.  After the treatment, the laser heads are docked and the applicator frames are removed.  The patient only has to get dressed and go back to their normal activities.  Since the laser heat energy spreads, unlike freezing, there is no risk of shark bites.
CoolSculpting is cryolipolysis where it freezes fat cells for 60 minutes.  The applicator is attached to the treatment area and a vacuum is introduced, sucking the area up into the applicator to be frozen.  Please read the other reviews about the comfort of this procedure.  There is a significant risk of temporary to permanent nerve damage.  Once the 60 minutes of freezing is over, the patient has to massage the area back into place for the next 1 to 4 weeks.
We chose SculpSure for patient comfort and reduced level of complications.  I hope this helps.

You are a perfect candidate for Coolsculpting which is an FDA-approved procedure with a worldwide patent. Any other technology using cold to freeze fat is not approved and might just be a waste of your money.
