How precise can a surgeon be with a cartilage graft?

Hi there! Cartilage grafting can be very precise. It all depends on how the surgeon utilizes the cartilage and shapes it. Too thick and it may be visible. Too pointy and it may show-through. An open rhinoplasty would allow complete visualization of the cartilage and precision with suturing.
