How precise can a surgeon be with a cartilage graft?

I have missing cartilage on the right side from a previous rhinoplasty and am nervous it might not be able to be fixed cause the level of precision required to repair it.

Consider doing no further surgery. Goals of rhinoplasty are improvement, and revision rhinoplasty may be one of the most unpredictable surgeries that is reserved for those with severe dissatisfaction. Hope this helps. Dr Joseph
