Thank you for your photos. A right- and left-sided profile picture would have been very helpful to see to determine if your body created excess scar tissue. I do see the asymmetry to which you refer, but please keep in mind that the tip remains swollen far longer than all other aspects of the nose, and there is a chance it could improve over the next three months. Continue to see your original plastic surgeon for regular follow ups. A steroid injection might be considered to bring down the swelling and/or reduce scar tissue. If after one year you are still not happy with your result, you can consider consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon to see if you are a candidate for a revision rhinoplasty. Please seek a surgeon with decades of experience in revision rhinoplasty as these surgeries are extremely complex and require profound experience.
