Having already had three procedures on your chin options are going to start diminishing for having an outcome that you were happy with.

The chin is not an area that typically responds well to liposuction and fat removal using liposuction could create contour irregularities you’re not happy with.

Likewise fat transfer is not a good option for shaping they are ya because fat is not good at giving very defined augmentations.
That works well for giving diffuse overall volume and it’s not ideal for augmenting the chin.

At this point you probably need to have the genioplasty address again if you’re going to go back in one more time.

Sometimes people should consider saying enough is enough and simply except the results the way they are.

Each previous procedure makes the next one more complicated and unpredictable.

If you’re going to have another procedure it should for sure be done by someone who is immensely talented with many years of experience.
