I’m 41 and have had dysport a few times to help with crows feet but it seems to make the skin worse under my eyes when I smile. Almost as if the skin is more loose from the sides because the dysport helps relax the crows feet. Can a filler help the loose skin under my eye? Or is best option a lower bleph?

Thanks for this question. The biggest difference between lidocaine and no lidocaine is there is more pain with injections that lack lidocaine. This statement is especially true for the lips! Your doctor should be able to get the product without lidocaine from the manufacturer.Best wishes. Dr. ALDO
