I’m 41 and have had dysport a few times to help with crows feet but it seems to make the skin worse under my eyes when I smile. Almost as if the skin is more loose from the sides because the dysport helps relax the crows feet. Can a filler help the loose skin under my eye? Or is best option a lower bleph?
Answer: Improving Under Eye with Fillers Thank you for your question. Without seeing a photo or examining you in person it is difficult to give you advice. However, fillers like Restylane or Juvederm will help the tear trough area if there is a depression or loss of volume. I recommend having a consultation with an expert to determine the best treatment plan for you. Best of Luck!

Answer: Loose lower eyelid skin This is an interesting question in that it comes up quite often. When crows feet are relaxed the lower eyelid becomes more noticeable even though the botox/dysport has no direct effect there. When smiling you elevate the cheek and thereby compress the lower eyelid buckling the skin to some extent causing the lines. Skin peels, retinaA, light lasers and careful filler injections can all be helpful.
