I have hardened areas on my abdomen. I literally have the whole lower portion of my belly (the part that would technically be hanging over pants) that is hard. It's not here and there, it's all the way across. I understand the "lumps and bumps" are normal but what causes it and why is mine the whole lower section of my abdomen?
