I have Mentor Smooth Rnd High Gel (400CC) Implants - my date of surgery was 8/16/2007. Overall, they still look pretty great; however, I've noticed the fullness of my left breast is less than the right and the nipple on the left breast is pointing downward a bit. What is the longevity of these implants and how would I be able to tell if there has been trauma to the implant? Thank you!
