I am trying to decide if I have enough fat for a BBL or if I should gain more subcutaneous fat weight? 6ft athletic trans woman 250lbs BMI: 32 Percentage body fat: 24.8% My trunk has 34.6lbs of fat . I was looking to get at least 2 liters of fat transferred but would like an aggressive lipo operation to remove as close as possible to the FDA limit. Do you think my stats and weight will allow for this kind of volume?

Answer: Brazilian Butt Lift Thank you for your question. Based on your height, weight, body fat percentage, and BMI, you have sufficient fat for a Brazilian Butt Lift without the need to gain additional weight. However, individual factors and safety considerations will ultimately determine the appropriate volumes for liposuction and fat transfer. Transferring excessive fat can lead to complications such as fat necrosis, oil cysts, and infection. Schedule a consultation with your surgeon to evaluate your anatomy and discuss realistic goals.

Answer: BBL candidate Dear Visualenjoyer, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.
