Answer: Not the best option I would recommend against using beard hair for an eyebrow transplant. You want the eyebrows to lay flat against the face and I fear beard hair may be curly and too coarse and look unnatural. I would strongly recommend using hairs from the scalp preferably finer haired areas of the scalp.
