10 weeks post tummy tuck, redness over abdomen. I’m very fit non smoker. (Photos)

I’ve been exercising last 2 weeks and did a light walk run tonight. After the shower this redness has shown up and is still present 2 hours later. No pain or fever. I have a couple of suture tips close to the surface but nothing festering. I’ve had some tiny red spots I’ve been suspicious of last few weeks too. My surgery was OS and GP knows nothing sorry, just says it all looks good. I’m wearing compression religiously still.
