I am a 48 year old female 122lbs and have both inverted nipples as well as want implants. I have small breasts 34 A Are most plastic surgeons able to perform these surgeries at the same time? What is the cost and recovery time.

The most straightforward solution would be to remove the bumps surgically. This would narrow the tip of the nipple, but it seems like the size is something you would also like to address. This can easily be done with local anesthesia.
