The most straightforward solution would be to remove the bumps surgically. This would narrow the tip of the nipple, but it seems like the size is something you would also like to address. This can easily be done with local anesthesia.

thank you for posting your question. To correct inverted nipples and to reduce the projection and size of the nipples are procedure that can be performed using local anesthesia. The tissue heals generally very well, and the scars are often barely notable. The milk ducts are usually affected by the procedures, and therefore the likelyhood of not being able to breast feed is very high. I hope this information helped a little bit.
