Neck wrinkled after face and neck lift. Do I need another surgery? (Photo)

I had a face and neck lift 16 months ago and my neck looks like the photos. My left side my face is still numb. Incision under neck is also numb. Is the appearance of my neck normal? I really thought it would have been much tighter. Do i need another surgery?
