I had a platysmaplasty after overdone lipo left bands (no new lipo, no skin removed in revision) 3 months ago, but since it is <6 months I can't post a question to RealSelf. I have been having severe unevenness and Adam's apple like protrusion in the front of the neck. I've emailed my doctor with questions several times, which he has ignored, and have requested my medical records which his office has also ignored for months. What can I do to get him to respond? No question, you have a right to your records. You should call the office, ask them for the records and ask how much time they expect they will need to get this to you. You can go to the office and personally request as well. That really should be all you need to do.

Each state has a Board of Medicine where you can file a compliant for non release of medical records. Or retain an attorney to request in a timely manner release of your medical records. This should solve your situation.
