Question

Docs want more detail on procedures. Same NY dr performed all procedures. 1) 3-21 - submental lipo left bands, dents 2) 5-22 - platysmaplasty / fat grafting to correct dents and bands. One incision under chin, no ear incisions. Neck skin lifted broadly but no skin removed. Not sure if platysma pulled laterally - was sutured on midline, may have also been fixated along jawline (vs mastoid) - not sure but had jaw bumps that I think were sutures. Face is young. No facelift done- work on neck only

Liposuction removes the excess fat and depends upon the skin to redrape, while the platysmaplasty tightens in the midline the platysma.  Fat grafting helps with depressions, it often needs to be repeated due to resorption.  
Postop, lymphatic massage helps the swelling and skin.  Fillers may be used to smooth certain depression.  If neck laxity, the skin can be redraped laterally and the platysma may be tighten laterally.

It's tough to tell from just these few static photographs without feeling and seeing you move (and seeing prior op notes), but definitely give everything time to heal and soften up before doing anything more. At least 6 months. You should be seen in person to be examined and determine the etiology of the irregularities you have to help determine a plan.
