Unlike a facelift, neck lifts target the neck skin directly to provide a tightening, jaw-defining elevation. If you are interested in a less invasive procedure, a non-surgical skin tightening treatment such as Profound RF® can improve the elasticity of your neck skin. Based on your photos, it doesn't seem that you have enough skin looseness to warrant a standard necklift, especially since that would leave visible scars behind your ears. Therefore, I suggest liposuction of the front of your neck through a short horizontal incision under the chin, possible removal of any deep fat behind the platysma muscles under the chin, and tightening of the platysma muscles under the chin, all through the same incision. The only other option, I can think of (if needed) is to place a long suspension suture through the same incision, running just under the jaw, along both sides of the neck, tightening the muscles slightly backward toward where each suture is tied in the groove behind each ear.

It is very likely, based on these photos and short of in person evaluation, that combination of liposuction of neck and chin augmentation with implant, would improve your neck contour. Your neck shape is genetic. It can be optimized. It will be scarred because of the liposuction you've had. The limiting factor of how sharp your neck shape is your hyoid bone. I would also consider a small chin implant to lengthen your chin. I recommend you consult with a board certified facial plastic surgeon. I hope this helps!
