I have been so self conscious of my hip dips for a long time. I have tried the gym to fix them but it is not possible. I am slim so fat grafting is not an option. I also see that hip implants seem to not be done in the UK. I am now looking at my only option which is sculptra. Would this work on me? Looking at my photos it looks like I have fat above my hips but it’s actually muscle. Does anyone have any idea how much I would need? I want to fill in my hip dips and also make my hips a little wider.

Thank you for your question. Sculptra Aesthetic is a bio-stimulator that increases your body's production of collagen. This helps to fill out and strengthen the skin tissue. By itself, Sculptra may not eliminate deep divots because of the tethering of the skin by fibrous bands beneath the skin....
Thank you for your question and posting your pictures. As a younger patient, your response to the collagen stimulating effects of Sculptra are better than an older patient. One vial may be sufficient to achieve that "freshened look" that you desire. I would recommend reevaluation your results...
