I've seen many reviews of women who done this. Some say they had no results at all and others had great results. I would get 3 vials per side 6 vials total. That would cost me around $4000. I'm 5'0 102 lbs. What are the chances of me actually getting good results? It's a expensive procedure and I do not want to spend that much and have it wasted. I am not hoping for dramatic wide hips, I just want to smooth out my hip dips so it actually curves rather than going inwards.
Answer: Buttock Lift -- Fat Grafting/Renuva, RF Tightening (Thermage, Venus Legacy, Exilis Ultra, Inmode Forma/Contoura), Sculptra Sculptra always works just needs a lot more vials than you think you would need. you can combine it with Voluma or bellafill or Renuva for more substantial improvement see more quickly. Sculptra with the right dilution doesn't cause nodules in the buttock and is very safe. It should be combined with RF treatments to get the sculptra to work even better/stimulate it to produce collagen such as venus legacy / exilis ultra / thermage / inmode forma or contoura. We often will add bellafill or renuva to certain areas to improve indentations or the buttock roll to get more definition and softening or to improve overall size and shape. Smooth novathreads do very well to improve laxity of the buttock as well non surgically. Just know that sculptra takes numerous treatments and vials, its a large expense and must be maintained at least 2 times a year after a series of treatments for the best result. Dr. Emer.

Answer: 6 Vials are likely Insufficient Sculptra is wildly expensive for body filling, because so much product is necessary. I use 6 vials on the face all the time. Without seeing you, it is likely you'll need 20 vials. Maximum doctor's cost is about $380 per vial, and could be much lower if the practitioner buys a lot of product.

Answer: Hip dips Dear ochiexx, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you don't have enough fat for fat transfer, then Sculptra might provide some improvement. If you are considering a treatment, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Hip dips Hello ochiexx:Although Sculptra would help to smooth over the hip dips, in some women CoolSculpting to the area that protrudes can smooth the curve of the hips and would be much less expensive and accomplished in one session. Perhaps you should consult a board-certified dermatologist skilled in both procedures.Wishing you well from Manhattan!Sheryl Clark MD FAAD

Answer: Using Sculptra for the hip dips In a person who has absolutely no extra fat for fat grafting, sculpture is the next best choice. We have been using Sculptra our practice for over 20 years with patients having BBL and hip dips corrected with excellent results and extremely good longevity. In fact in some of our patients the results have lasted for 20 years. As long as the procedure is done by someone who understands how Sculptra expands in the body by building a collagen lattice structure and they use the right amount of Sculptra you should have an excellent outcome. You can always add more sculptra if needed in the future. Make sure you go to a plastic surgeon who is well versed in such procedures. Good luck from New York City plastic surgery
