Got Botox 11 days ago. On 5th day starting experiencing intense pressure in my temples, when I lay down the pressure builds in my temples and in the back of my head and feels like my temples are going to explode. What is this? How do I treat it? I’m really panicking. 've been taking Advil, it helps take the edge off when I’m standing - as soon as I lay down I have no relief and haven’t slept in over a week.

If Botox is not an option for you, Dysport or Xeomin are the next options. I suggest dermarolling at home to give the skin Botox-like effects with at-home treatment. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
The wrinkle you are seeing is likely from the surrounding area being smoothed by the Botox. It should gradually return to normal as the effects of the Botox wear off. Typically this takes 3 to 4 months.
It is not common to have a lump develop days after Botox treatments. I recommend a visit to your injector for an examination. At times minor bumps from injection occur, but they typically resolve over the first few hours.
