Shooting pain from armpit to nipple after transaxillary breast augmentation (under the muscle)?

I got a breast augmentation with a Transaxillary incision, under the muscle, 365cc high profile, cohesive gel 10 days ago. The left side is progressively getting better pain wise, however, the right side pain seems to not be getting better. There is a lump in both armpits but the right side lump is VERY painful to touch. When I shower, even the water touching my right armpit is very painful. The pain starts at the lump (shown in the picture) and travels down towards my nipple. Will this go away?
