How can I remove dark spots on my penis? Microdermabrasion?

I have dark spots on the skin on my penis from masterbating without lube when I was young. They are very unsightly and makes me insecure. How can I remove these dark spots? I've read forums in which guys tried chemical peels and worked but that doesn't sound like good advice. How about microdermabrasion?

Answer: Microdermabrasion is a much milder treatment than Dermabration.
