What procedure can be used for inner thigh, underarm and inner buttock cheeks scars?

I started getting these boils since I started putting on weight as a child. Losing weight didn't help get rid of them. What surgery or treatment can I have to remove them an the scars. It's also still darker than my actual skin color in those areas. I am brown skinned woman.
