Waxed my eyebrows during month two of Accutane, layer of skin has been ripped off. How do I treat to ensure no scars? (Photos)

I was never told not to wax while taking accutane. As a matter of fact, I haven't been told really anything about what not to do or what to expect. Its all been trial and error. So I had my eyebrows waxed and immediately knew something was wrong because of how badly it hurt. Noticed a clear layer of skin is gone off my eyelids on both eyes. I want to avoid scarring. I've used aloe and neosporin so far. What else can I do to prevent scarring, scabbing and/or pigmentation?
