How do I get rid of this scar caused by a ringworm? (Photo)

I had ringworm in between my breast a few years ago that spread and left this scar . It's always dry and cracking , it burns and bleeds a little when cracking. It's bad to the point that I don't even where v-necks.

This is difficult to determine without an in-person evaluation. Cosmelan may help give improvement, but a combination is needed to get the most improvement. Hyperpigmenation can be improved with a combination of lasers, Aerolase, microneedling/prp, skin lightening, peels, and skin care. Sun protection is essential. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer
