Is it possible to get a drainless tummy tuck with a aortic and abdominal dissection?

Hi.. I’m a 47 year old woman who had a Thoracic and Abdominal Dissection with Aneurysm 9 years ago while 39 weeks pregnant. Thoracic Dissection was repaired 10 months later but Abdominal dissection is still present. I would really like to get a Drainless Tummy Tuck.. Are there any Drs who would take me on as a patient?

Aortic dissection is an extremely serious condition as I’m sure you know. We don’t know much about the rest of your medical history which could determine if you could get the surgery done. The most important issue would be whether you had other medical issues such as hypertension.
