Droopy upper eyelids, sunken, undereye hollowness - what procedure will help? (Photo)

Hi, I was wondering what kind of procedure would be suitable for my eyes. Eyelid surgery? fillers? or fat graft? As you can see my upper eyelids are droopy , Idon't know if it is ptosis. Also, my eyes are sunken and I have undereye hollowness. I have pufines under my eyes

It appears that major cause for early onset of tear trough and hollowness is malar hypoplasia, small cheek bones. To correct this deformity one has options like cheek implants or fat grafting. Transconjuctival lower blepharoplasty should be part of this correction. Good luck.
