Question

Weeks ago I was kissing a guy & he sucked my lower lip so hard it bruised. I have a few syringes of filler in my lips but haven't had any added in over a year (they’re still big). I don't know if my mind is playing tricks on me but it feels odd & looks like there's a tiny lump in the middle of my lower lip on the inner rim. Is it possible it’s displaced? I looked at old pics & it looks like a tiny lump may have been there before but idk. Can I massage it to fix it?

If this was an isolated incident, it is unlikely your filler is "ruined" or displaced. It is hard to tell from the photos you have provided. However, it normally takes consistent mistreatment of existing filler to cause significant filler movement and migration. It is most likely still healing from the incident.

Wait until all the swelling and tenderness is gone. If anything is left, you may massage gently in anything that is swollen.

You may want to try gentle massage to see if the bump will improve.  If not you can visit your injector to have it dissolved.  If you do nothing it will fade gradually as the product is metabolized.
