There is no impact of menses, be it irregular, heavy, etc on the duration of any lip or other areas injected with fillers or even botulinum toxin/neuromodulators. I'd start with Juvederm Ultra Plus for the lips...definitely not Voluma or Volux for the lips. Most importantly find an expert physician injector (e.g. dermatologist) to optimize outcomes & safety, as well as minimizing pain & giving you a natural look.
