The reason why it is not recommended to have dermal filler while on antibiotics is because we would not want to inject a foreign substance while there is an active infection in the body, particularly around the treatment area. While it is safe to have fillers while on antibiotics there can be unwanted side effects which will be temporary but frustrating such as swelling, cold sores, immune reactions etc. These side effects are very variable in nature so you might be totally okay even if you have it.
