My goal is to get rid of the bump on my nose and have a more feminine and gentle nose. Do you recommend anything done to my nostrils as well? I was also thinking about chin prosthesis, or kybella to have a better profile and smaller chin... which one would you recommend in my case? Thank you!

Answer: Rhinoplasty You don’t need alar reduction. Chin implant, it kybella. Keep this simple and do the nose alone. You can do alar reduction later under local anesthesia but I don’t think it will be needed

Answer: Should I request alarplasty as well? What do you think about my morph? I think your morph looks good! Your tip appears a bit pointier on profile than it would be, but you appear to have reasonable expectations. Nostril narrowing or alarplasty may not be necessary.
