Should I request alarplasty as well? What do you think about my morph?

From your photos, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. The bump can be taken down and the tip projected and defined better. The nostrils are not really flared, so nothing needs to be done there. The chin isn't bad, but if you feel it's small, you can always add a small implant at the same time. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.

Based on these very limited photos, you seem to be candidate for rhinoplasty, possibly neck liposuction. It doesn't look that chin augmentation will be needed. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, expert in rhinoplasty, is recommended. Good luck.

Thank you for your question. You are an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty. I would also recommend a small chin implant. I think rhinoplasty is one of the most beautifying surgeries that we do as plastic surgeons. A large portion of my practice is dedicated to rhinoplasty surgery. It is important to only see plastic surgeons with extensive experience in rhinoplasty, ie perform at least 6 per month and have performed hundreds of cases. Also, critically evaluate on-line galleries to see if their art form resonates with yours. Rhinoplasty is definitely a grey haired plastic surgeon's sport. Best wishes to you.

You don’t need alar reduction. Chin implant, it kybella. Keep this simple and do the nose alone. You can do alar reduction later under local anesthesia but I don’t think it will be needed

I think your morph looks good! Your tip appears a bit pointier on profile than it would be, but you appear to have reasonable expectations. Nostril narrowing or alarplasty may not be necessary. From front view, the width of your nasal base is the same as the distance between inner corners of your eyes. This suggest that you have a normal nasal base. Of course, when smiling naturally the base of the nose becomes wider. I do not see the basal view of your nostrils which are also required to be assessed.
One can also consider an alar base reduction at a later date.

An internal alar plasty can accomplish a small refinement and narrowing of your nostrils with the incisions placed completely on the inside of the nose. A closed rhinoplasty approach can accomplish shaving down the dorsal hump, narrowing the bridge line, reducing the hanging columella and refinement of the nasal tip. The photo shop after photo demonstrates over rotation of the nasal tip along with the hanging columella which will make your nose look very unnatural. Make sure you address that with your surgeon before the surgery.
