Are you able to reverse a BBL without sagging?

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. You can get a liposuction and see how will your skin react. There are also non surgical options to improve skin tightness after surgery. There are many patients which consider revision of BBL result several years after initial excitement with “snatch me the best you can” approach. Without photos or in person evaluation it would be difficult to give you good advice but, in general, moderate reduction of volume and creation of a new shape may be achieved in the hands of an experienced surgeon.
