Are you able to reverse a BBL without sagging?

I had a bbl 5 years ago it’s great but I’ve gained weight and the only thing that grows it my buttock !!! I do not like how big my butt as gotten so I want to lipo my Butt yet still keep the curvy shape (just smaller) … is this possible ? And what is the side effects ? Will I have sagging skin or stretch marks ??

Your situation is becoming more common. Thankfully, there is an answer and it doesn't require a major surgery. We easily remove fat from the buttocks with the patient comfortably awake but relaxed. The amount of fat removed depends on the current anatomy and the desires of the patient. Certain areas of the buttocks and surrounding areas such as the hips can be targeted for fat removal. In other words, it's not an all or none approach. It's a tailored approach. The typical incisions for this procedure are tiny and are mostly hidden in the creases. Yes, you can maintain the curvy shape. I do not appreciate sagging skin after this procedure, especially since this is not a total fat removal from the areas. The procedure takes about 2 hours to complete. You are immediately placed in a compression garment and that is ideally worn for 4 weeks all of the time except for showering. There are no sitting limitations.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. You can get a liposuction and see how will your skin react. There are also non surgical options to improve skin tightness after surgery. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

There are many patients which consider revision of BBL result several years after initial excitement with “snatch me the best you can” approach. Without photos or in person evaluation it would be difficult to give you good advice but, in general, moderate reduction of volume and creation of a new shape may be achieved in the hands of an experienced surgeon. It sounds like what you need is weight loss more than anything.
If the problem came from gaining weight, then try losing weight.
Reducing a BBL is going to have unpredictable outcomes.
It is unpredictable by its very nature.
No one is going to guarantee outcomes for revision or secondary surgery.
Without including proper before, and after pictures, we can’t begin to make an assessment.
