F, 29, I have “forehead horns”. I am now experiencing volume loss in the forehead, and my head looks skull-like. I am very self conscious in overhead lighting. It also seems like I may have hypertrophic temporalis muscles? I am experiencing a lot of hair loss. Waiting for biopsy and blood work results. What are my options for improving the look of my forehead? Fillers + Botox in temporalis? Forehead burring? Hairline lowering? Any advice on the best way to proceed would be appreciated.

It is impossible to give you meaningful answer without in person evaluation or at least a series of good photos. Generally speaking, reduction of forehead height and limited bone contouring may be achieved in the same surgery. Hope this helps.
