You are a good candidate for forehead reduction, also called hairline lowering, via a trichophytic incision that will hide the scar very well. Based on the photo, I do not believe you would also need to "contour" your forehead. This is done with the same incision that we make for brow lifting...

Raising a 4cm forehead using the Irregular Trichophytic Forehead Lift using tissue expansion is possible as I have done. Transplants are not normally needed with a properly done ITFL. I described this in my textbook covering tissue expansion. This would require an examination before moving...
