Hello. The swelling of the nasal tip usually settles towards the latter half of the year, so it may still be normal for your nasal tip to be swollen 10 months post-operatively. You may still benefit from steroid injections at this point, and it is best determined by your rhinoplasty surgeon.
There are many causes of nasal obstruction being caused by Rhinoplasty, and without examining your nose, no surgeon can assess your problem and it's solution.
