Visible scars, a mild retraction and uneven surface. How can I improve the outcome of my lower bleph? (Photos)

I had upper and lower bleph with skin pinch and fat repositioning. I am left with visible scars a mild retraction and uneven surface like the fat was not distributed corectly. Would a canthopexy fix the retraction What injectables besides filler would help the tissue underneath become smoother?

It is very difficult to evaluate underlying deformity (hollowing) on these photos. A condition is known as malar hypoplasia, small cheek bone. It is very likely that correction of the upper eyelids ptosis will significantly approve your orbital asymmetry without any additional surgery. Do ptosis correction first. Good luck.

Based on this photo and without preoperative photos to compare, you seem to have very good result after lower blepharoplasty and fat grafting. Asymmetry is so minimal that can be easily corrected with skillful make up. Good luck.

Based on these photos it appears that a lateral canthopexy on the “lower” eye would create more symmetry. In person consultation with a board certified plastic or oculoplastic surgeon is recommended. Good luck.
