I had an appointment booked with a nurse for Sculptra to increase volume on the buttocks. She requested a deposit for $500 which I was fine with. Due to medical reasons I cannot go ahead with the treatment, so I eneded up cancelling the appointment 2 days prior. When I requested a refund for the deposit she said the material had already been mixed as it’s specific for each individual. None of this was explained to me when I booked the appointment. Who is being unreasonable here?
