Hi Em,Lanluma V is Poly L-Lactic Acid (PLLA), as is Sculptra. Sculptra is the original product and has the longest track record of safety and efficiency. Lanluma V comes in vials of 210 mg and 360 mg, diluted in 15cc and 40 cc of saline respectively. Sculptra comes in 367.5 mg vials and is diluted in 6 to 20cc of saline depending on the area treated. Lanluma V is available outside of the USA. I personally have used Sculptra with excellent results without adverse reactions since 2009.
