Hi, your right side seems deeper than the left side. On your left side, you appear to only have a paranasal fold, which is fat loss or genetic fat deficiency in the piriform sinus (bony) area. Adding volume back in that area will smooth the transition from the cheek to the upper lip. On your right side, you also have a paranasal fold which is slightly deeper as show from the fourth photo which is called a base view when taking photos for rhinoplasty. When looking at your base view you can see that the right nostril is sitting deeper into the paranasal fold as opposed to the left side where the nostril appears to be sitting on the surface, making it look less deep. Going past the right paranasal fold, the rest is called a nasolabial fold. This is a commonly treated fold/wrinkle in facial cosmetic injections. I have a different way to fill that fold which is deeper instead of the “intradermal” filling which is how we were all taught by the injectable filler companies for training prior to being able to order them.
