Which one has better immediate and long lasting results for eye troughs: PRF or filler?

I have hollow eye troughs and am considering PRF. I just did a PRF on my scalp for hair restoration. The technician who did it sold me on booking an appointment for the eyes. However, I read that filler is better. Is this true?
