Rhinoplasty two months ago left me with big black circles under my eyes - do I need under eye filler? (photo)

I had rhinoplasty two months ago and I had really bad bruises. Now there are big black circles under my eyes which I don't know if they are bruises or hollowness. Can filler fix this? Can it make it worse?
