I had a unilateral mastectomy with a keyhole incision when I was younger, so I only developed one breast. I am 7 months post op from bilateral under the muscle breast augmentation. I anticipated them to feel different, but I'm not sure if what I'm experiencing is expected or if I have complications. The reconstructed side is much firmer, sits higher than the other and it doesn't move around as easily. I don't feel pain, but occasional tightness.

With regards to your specific question, 7 months is not...
The hormonal breast pain that you experience will not impact your ability to proceed with surgery nor will it impact your results. I encourage you to discuss your concerns with your surgeon so that you are comfortable and confident as you prepare for surgery.
Dear marlie.me,
you should be able to continue with running once you are fully healed. If you have any question, you should discuss them with your plastic surgeon prior to surgery.
