I have my breast augmentation scheduled for a few weeks from now, and am planning silicone under the muscle. I had my son 2 years ago, and just stopped breastfeeding around 3 months ago. My breast tissue is quite settled. I’ve attached a photo of my current breasts, as well as my breasts a few days after giving birth. I have stretch marks now from how full they got are my breastfeeding breasts a good idea of how my breasts will look with implants? As is stands, I’m leaning toward high profile 500c Im wondering though, if over the muscle moderate profile would create more natural hang

Your breasts seemed to have survived the pregnancy and breastfeeding well. Your upper poles are deflated but your nipples are facing forward. Implants will mimic your post delivery look. 500 cc seems quite large for your frame. Large implants permanently stretch out the skin and breast tissue. They are also more prone to malposition. The implant size should be based on the width of your breasts (base diameter) .

During this important meeting measurements will be taken of your breasts.  This is different than bra sizing.  You will also discuss your desired look.
