How do I fix/gain symmetry to my noticeably uneven Brazilian Butt Lift? (photos)

Hi, thank you for sharing your question. This asymmetry can likely be fixed after another round of fat grafting. Fat survival can be unpredictable and sometimes uneven. Touch-ups are sometimes needed after BBL. I hope this helps.

Based on your pictures, you are an excellent candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) revision.
