Can botched fat grafting be removed? (Photo)

Question

I had under eye fat grafting to fill up my hallow eyes. But the fat injected only created a bulg and dent, bellow the area I wanted to fill up. I’m so mad as it not only created a new problem it also made my eyes look more hallow :( Can this be fixed?

It would be very difficult to draw any conclusion about the nature of your deformity based on this photo. Secondary deformity after fat grafting may be difficult to treat and requires a lot of experience and skill. Combination of liposuction with a small cannula, sometimes direct excision of lumps and additional fat grafting  are most frequently used modalities. In person or teleconference consultation 
With a board certified plastic surgeon with long experience with fat grafting is recommended.
