Can botched fat grafting be removed? (Photo)

I had under eye fat grafting to fill up my hallow eyes. But the fat injected only created a bulg and dent, bellow the area I wanted to fill up. I’m so mad as it not only created a new problem it also made my eyes look more hallow :( Can this be fixed?
