Hello! I was always insecure about my undereye dents. They are hereditary so no matter what I do the hollows remain. I was recommended to do fat grafting but I am concerned that the procedure might leave me with bumps, lumps of fat and irregularities. I am not sure about complications. The skin is really thin in that place and looks darker. It feels like I have no fat at all there, the difference between eye and cheek are is drastic. I am scared of fillers and possible migrations. For hollowness or volume deficiency the best option is fat transfer. For delicate areas like under eyes highly strained fat: micro or nano fat is best.
