I had an undereye fat transfer in July and my undereyes look so dark! I thought it was bruising that would go away by now but my undereyes seem to be getting more purple. Last week I had someone ask why I had a black eye! How do I get rid of the darkness? I feel even more self concious after the surgery. I’m not satisfied with the results.

For hollowness or volume deficiency the best option is fat transfer. For delicate areas like under eyes highly strained fat: micro or nano fat is best.
Thank you for your question! You may be a candidate for selective fillers. Fillers such as Juvederm, Volbella, Voluma, Radiesse, Sculptra, and even your own fat can lift your skin and recontour your face restoring a more youthful appearance. Lips that thin with aging can be made plumper and more...
Thank you for the images. I've seen this many times in the office. Sometimes, scarring from a buccal fat removal can tether tissue. The best correction for this is fat transfer.
