Dermafiller, facial fat grafting and weight gain?

I am interested in getting dermafiller or facial fat grafting to fill in the area of my cheeks near my nose. I was also wondering if I could naturally add volume to this area with weight gain. I am a thin person so I could gain a moderate, healthy amount of weight. My main question is does weight gain add only superficial fat to the face or will it help add fat to the deeper fat pads of my face? Thank you!
