Hi, Im scheduled to have my breast augmentation in August. Im looking to hopefully be a full C. I want them to be as natural as i can get. At my consult he recommended 310cc under the muscle. Will this be a good fit? For reference im 5’8, 125 lbs

Unfortunately, you have not told us your bra size. If you are size 32 or 34, each 100 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. If you are size 36 or 38, each 200 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. From this, you can compute the volume required to achieve your desired goal. Your nipple-areola complexes are slightly asymmetrical and your breasts are widely separated. You have very little midline breast tissue. For this reason, I recommend low profile implants that have a wider base which can create fullness immediately. You may want to consider a circumareola approach as this can be used to place the implants and move the nipple-areola complexes more centrally and correct the height discrepancies as well. I recommend implants be place behind the muscle but they can be placed in front of the muscle, if that is what you desire.

breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. 
When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.
Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.
Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small.
You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.

Hello. Based on your photo and the goals you described, 310 cc placed under the muscle appears to be a reasonable option if your goal is to achieve a full C cup with a natural appearance. 
Since you have a slim build and relatively little existing breast tissue, placing the implants under the muscle can provide a smoother transition and a more natural contour.
Keep in mind that cup size cannot be guaranteed, as the final result depends on factors such as your chest width, breast tissue, skin elasticity, and the implant profile&mdash;not just the implant volume.
A personalized evaluation, including your measurements and implant sizers, is the best way to determine the ideal implant size and profile to achieve your desired result.

Hello If you want “full C, a little full but natural”, the 340-375cc range fits better.
If 310cc is safe but your goal is exactly C, talk to your doctor about 50-75cc larger options.
Most importantly:
Be sure to try 310cc, 335cc and 360cc with sizer implant (trial prosthesis) during the examination. See in front of the mirror and in 3D simulation.
Extra note for your photos:
Your breasts are slightly scattered to the sides (mild ptosis/enlargement). Submuscular + suitable profile implant will recover this disintegration.
Other photos (for example, by raising your arms or from a different angle) or if you say “what kind of fullness do you want” (round, natural tear-drop, etc.), I can direct them more clearly.
