Hi I am 173cm and 61kg and am certainly pretty skinny already. however my face is still fat and i have literally no jawline. are there any procedures that would be suitable for me?

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Each individual persons facial characteristics are primarily determined by bone structure.

It is your facial aseletal structure that makes each individual person recognizable to others. Soft covering is generally very consistent from person to person.

If you want to change your facial contours then it needs to address bone structure.

I suggest having a few in person consultations for local oral surgeons or plastic surgeons with craniofacial background training.
